How I Work
I will help you to identify what your goals are for counseling and what your agenda is for each session. You are free to address anything that you believe to be important in your life.
You will be offered a variety of suggestions and perspectives, be asked thought provoking questions and be listened to with acceptance and compassion. You will also be offered any combination of talking, psychodrama, Emotional Freedom Techniques™ guided imagery, meditation and discussion of spirituality and 12-step philosophy to support and assist you in accomplishing your goals. We will also develop concrete actions steps for you to take between sessions to help you to accomplish your goals.
